As a FREE service to our DSL and dial-up customers, GTel offers a powerful, customizable Spam Blocker. ("Spam" means all those unwanted and unsolicited emails that clog up your inbox). We can't prevent all Spam, but we can reduce it considerably (especially most of the offensive ones), which will also speed up your email downloading. Go to the User tools section of our website and enable Spam Block. Once activated, you can customize the strength of the blocking tool by adjusting the settings. (Must be activated through the business office. Be sure to do it for each of your email accounts!).

VIRUS BLOCKER

With GTEl Virus Blocker, GTel's mail servers filter your incoming messages for threats, thwarting viruses before they ever hit your inbox! And there is no software for your to install or maintain. Because our servers are updated every two hours with the latest virus signatures, your computer is always protected from ever-emerging viruses. Virus blocker covers all email addresses on your account FREE for DLS customers, and for just $1/month for dial-up customers (must be activated through the business office).
