NOTICE: CURRENT ONLINE BILL PAY CUSTOMERS!
GTel is currently in the process of upgrading our online bill pay system. If you are currently registered for online bill pay, you will be receiving a letter detailing this upgrade and the action you will need to take to re-register in the new system. After June 1, 2014 you will no longer access your account through the current system. You will also lose the ability to view your past bills through June 2014. If you need record of any bills prior to June 1, 2014 you will need to access them online and print yourself or contact our Business Office and we can do it for you. Combine all of your services onto one bill. Call 537-4835 to ask for one bill convenience or if you have any other questions about your statement.
OUR PAYMENT POLICY:
Your bill is mailed by the 1st of each month. These bills are due when rendered. All payments received after the 23rd of each month will not be credited until the following month and are subject to a 1.5% late payment charge. GTEL offers a variety of convenient options for paying your bill.
We accept Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards. You can view your current and previous bills as well as pay your bill online. Please call the Business office to sign up for online billing.
Automated Bill Payment:
Your payment is deducted electronically on the 10th of each month using your bank checking account, debit card or credit card. There is no monthly charge for this service. Please call 537-4835 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to add this free service to your account.
