NOTICE TO GTEL SMART-HUB AND
ONLINE BILL-PAY CUSTOMERS

On Wednesday, November 5th at 12:59am GTel will be performing an upgrade to our Payment Gateway. We expect the maintenance window to take just a few seconds, during which associated payment channels (SmartHub, E-Bill, etc.) will not be available.
This update will impact customers using older browsers such as Internet Explorer 6 and 7. You will need to upgrade your browser in order to make payments using the GTel Payment Gateway through SmartHub, E-bill or Virtual Terminal.

Combine all of your services onto one bill. Call 537-4835 to ask for one bill convenience or if you have any other questions about your statement.

OUR PAYMENT POLICY:

Your bill is mailed by the 1st of each month. These bills are due when rendered. All payments received after the 23rd of each month will not be credited until the following month and are subject to a 1.5% late payment charge. GTEL offers a variety of convenient options for paying your bill.

Online:

We accept Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards. You can view your current and previous bills as well as pay your bill online. Please call the Business office to sign up for online billing.

Automated Bill Payment:

Your payment is deducted electronically on the 10th of each month using your bank checking account, debit card or credit card. There is no monthly charge for this service. Please call 537-4835 or email questions@gtel.net to add this free service to your account.
